A steel access panel designed to provide access to concealed building services within walls and ceilings including electrical, plumbing and HVAC installations.

Description

A steel access panel designed to provide access to concealed building services within walls and ceilings including electrical, plumbing and HVAC installations.

The panel incorporates the patented FlipFix fixing device allowing quick installation into plasterboard without the need for additional framing.

Manufactured from Zintec steel with an exposed picture frame and metal faced door. Supplied complete with flush lock and polyester powder coated finish in RAL 9010 (30% gloss) as standard.

Used for providing easy access to hidden utilities or compartments within buildings, such as electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Standard sizes from 150 × 150 mm to 1200 × 600 mm.

Bespoke sizes available on request.

Suitable for wall or ceiling applications in commercial, residential and public buildings.

Fire-rated variants available providing up to two hours fire resistance depending on configuration.
