10-11 Lancaster Gate - Paddington, London

TRC Contracts were appointed by Heriot UK Ltd. to undertake the replacement of over 200 traditional sash and casement windows 10-11 Lancaster Gate - Paddington, London, a historic formally known as the Averard Hotel and was originally two buildings. Openings were previously made in the party wall between 10 and 11 Lancaster Gate to form the current complex.

As part of multimillion state-of-the-art office refurbishment, this project sits within the Paddington conservation area and aims to set new standards in sustainable redevelopment. Working within the constraints of a conservation setting, TRC Contracts supplied and installed high-quality Vacuum glazed timber Sash and Casement windows, ensuring the building’s architectural integrity was preserved while improving its energy efficiency and performance.
