OVERVIEW
The Paper Exchange is an 11-storey, 155,133 sq ft landmark office building in the heart of Belfast. Designed by Todd Architects to BREEAM Excellent sustainability standards and developed by Wirefox, it was delivered as a Category A fit-out, ready for tenants to personalise.
