Situated within British Land’s Paddington campus, it offers accommodations starting at 6,000 sq ft. Responding to the growing demand for enhanced office experiences and stronger connections with nature, British Land is redefining the traditional office by prioritizing wellness and a people-focused design. This is exemplified by 3 Sheldon Square's cascading hanging balconies, designed to foster a connection with nature.

British Land made the wise choice to go fully Doc-M and Doc-T compliant, by choosing to install Movana Emergency-Access cubicles in the washrooms. Putting safety first, but with no compromise on aesthetics. 👌
