Fetter Yard also known as 86 Fetter Lane is located at Chancery Lane is a comprehensively refurbished office space in the heart of bustling Midtown. Comprising of over 67,800 SQ/FT Grade A office space. There is also a courtyard which provides the perfect space for client entertainment, yoga and other wellness activities creating a unique experience inside and out.

Maxwood created a modern and sharp washroom area. The basement area comprises of showers set back one after another in a truly unique design with a timber trim down the panel of each cubicle door. The upper floors consist of rows of cubicles with vanities parallel and further floors with Superloo layouts. Superloos are self-contained washrooms with the basin and vanity included in the cubicle, which gives a more comfortable feel.
