Easy Glass Prime, Chelsea Lots Road

Q-railing worked closely with the architects and contractors to specify Easy Glass balconies for Lots Road KC3 apartments at the redeveloped Chelsea Power Station.

From the first site meeting back in 2022 and installing the benchmark balcony, the full envelope is complete with glass balconies and terraces complementing the historic features of the old power station and now being occupied by residents.

Easy Glass Prime Top mount achieved 0.74kN/m loading for the residential balconies and terraces adapted specifically for this projected with cantilevered steel plates. Q-railing also supplied privacy screens, some which were adapted with doors and which were designed to the project specification.
