A unique case reference where it was possible to waterproof the external basement walls by excavating the ground away. this is often not possible meaning most refurbishments waterproofing works need to be carried out internally.

Koster Deuxan 2C was applied, with Koster Glass Fibre Mesh. this thick and durable liquid waterproofing system bonds amazingly well to any substrate and will prevent water, vapour or Radon entering to the internal space AND also keeping the building fabric dry.

A protection membrane is then laid against the cured waterproofing prior to the backfill of the land.
