Klasse G-board | Water Lane, Leeds

A major residential development in Leeds is set to deliver 375 new homes alongside a range of amenities. To keep pace with the fast-moving construction, the contractors required an external sheathing board that was lightweight and quick to install. Klasse G-board was chosen as it met all these essential requirements. Manufactured with a gypsum core, G-board is approximately 30% lighter than conventional cement boards and can be easily scored and snapped with a knife, leading to quicker installation times. Additionally, it’s A1 fire rated, providing safety and peace of mind for the residents.
