WHAT WAS DONE ON THE PROJECT

The PRODESO HEAT GRIP SYSTEM electric heating system has been installed in a five-story building, each floor containing five apartments. This innovative system uses a network of heating cables placed under the floor, ensuring an even distribution of heat. Each apartment is equipped with a smart thermostat that allows precise and personalized temperature control.

The entire building is electrically powered, with a 24 kw battery storage installation. These batteries store energy during low-demand hours and release it during peak consumption times, optimizing energy efficiency and reducing operational costs. The PRODESO HEAT GRIP system was chosen for its ease of installation, reliability, and ability to integrate with renewable energy sources, making the building more sustainable and comfortable for residents.

The Prodeso Heat Grip system not only provides efficient heating but also acts as an anti-fracture layer, significantly reducing the risk of tile breakage. This is particularly useful in environments subject to temperature and humidity variations, where tiles can expand and contract. Thanks to its innovative structure, the system distributes heat evenly, preventing hot and cold spots that could cause stress on the tiles.
