RapidRoof Pro residential care home

A residential care home's roof was in need of refurbishment to prevent further deterioration. An LRS approved installer was appointed to complete the project.

Minimal disruption on side was important to ensure the residents and staff were not impacted by the roof refurbishment.

RapidRoof Pro waterproofing system in RAL7031 was applied to the substrate. This included RapidRoof Primer, reinforcement matting and RapidRoof Waterproofing.

To ensure safety on the roof, the care home requested that the designated maintenance walkways were coated in RapidRoof anti skid. For easy identification, the walkways were coated in RapidRoof anti skid in black.

To add another level of complexity the roof contained lots of detailing and plant.

A 20 year guarantee was issued.
