Brook View is a new build development of individually designed homes set within a large parkland in the heart of rural Cheshire. There are nine different house types at Brook View, with a selection of two, three and four bedroom homes.

EV charging for 103 new homes

In compliance with Part S of the Building Regulations, all of the new homes have EV charging facilities. The development has a total of 103 MaxiChargers in a combination of wall mounted and floor standing pillars.
