TAS Building

OVERVIEW

TAS, it says in large letters on the façade. The brand new building houses sister companies MVRO, CNSTRCT, ATOP, QLYX and more. The TAS building takes its name from the founder’s father, Balthasar. In the village where he lived, his full name was abbreviated to Tas.

AS has now acquired its own meaning: Future, Everything and Synergy. “These are themes that bring together a group of companies with different dynamics and working methods. We are ready for the future, can do anything and do it with the best synergy. This way we go the extra mile for our customers,” says Arnold den Haan, General Manager at CNSTRCT. Therefore, in such a group of companies a pleasant acoustic climate is essential.

RAW Concrete features in the enormous canteen and in the adjacent rooms for meetings and presentations. RAW is a natural, pitted, acoustic mineral board which resembles rendered concrete. It acts as an acoustic soffit liner sitting in between the concrete beams to enhance the open soffit industrial interior design theme. Also, the TAS building includes attractive meeting rooms throughout, in which our seamless, OWAplan monolithic acoustic plaster ceiling system features. Additionally, the shade of the spray finish on the ceilings matches the chosen colour theme of the room. Some of the larger meeting rooms include OWAcoustic Sinfonia black tiles together with 24mm black hook grid.
