Comdeck is a patented piled raft foundation and ground floor system for commercial structures, offering cost and programme certainty, and is safer and more environmentally friendly than traditional methods.

Comdeck comprises a reinforced concrete slab supported on CFA piles. There are two basic types: non-voided (deck supported from piles or treated ground, directly on the ground surface) and voided (deck supported by piles, void designed to accommodate ground heave and deal with gassing sites).
