Description

Solvent free epoxy floor coating, for use on interior concrete, polymer screeds and granolithic floors. It can be used on exterior concrete, but colour fades under UV light.

Features and benefits:

  • Bond strength exceeds 4 N/mm² before failure of substrate concrete.
  • Colour range allows use for floor markings, walkways, traffic aisles etc.
  • Cured dry film thickness for two coats between 0.3mm and 0.4mm.
  • Good abrasion and chemical resistance.
  • Provides smooth gloss finish, unless modified.
  • Slip resistance may be introduced by application of kiln-dried aggregate to first coat.

Application:

  • Prepare concrete in accordance with instructions.
  • Particularly porous floors may require application of at least one coat of RonaFloor Epoxy Primer.
  • Drying concrete may require application of RonaFloor Epoxy DPM.
  • Apply by roller first coat of RonaFloor HB200.
  • Optionally apply kiln-dried aggregate to wet first coat for slip resistance and remove excess aggregate when dry.
  • Apply second coat of RonaFloor HB200 and allow to cure before trafficking. Note that coverage of second coat on an aggregated surface will be reduced.
