An aesthetically-pleasing and effective daylighting solution. Fixed or opening flat glass rooflight with secondary blinds below the glass.


Features and benefits:

  • Fully thermally broken aluminium frame prevents cold bridging and reduces condensation.
  • Excellent thermal performance, with total system U-values as low as 0.6 W/m²K achievable.
  • Quick and easy to install on-site.
  • Compatible with both flat and pitched roofs.
  • White blind fabric with a white frame as standard.
  • Various colour blind fabrics available in white frame.
  • Blind frame can be ordered already connected to the rooflight or loose for install below the rooflight in the lightwell.
  • Blinds are classed as black out.
  • Building Regulations (E&W) Approved Document L compliant design to achieve low U-value targets.
  • Marine grade powder coat as standard
  • Silicone jointed glazing for a flush outer surface.
  • Ventilation option for natural ventilation in accordance with Building Regulation (E&W) Approved Document F, available with a glazed in vent.
  • Designed to be installed to a weathered builders kerb, minimum 5° pitch.
  • Non-Fragile to Centre for Window and Cladding Technology (CWCT) Class 1 and 2 to TN66/67 and TN92.
  • Double or triple glazed integrated glazing units (IGUs) can be contained within a single frame to cater for a wide range of sizes.
  • Heat soak testing (HST) of all toughened glass to help reduce defect failures.
  • All laminated glass with polished edges to help negate defect failures.
  • All glass features Low Emissivity (low e) coating for enhanced thermal performance.
  • More daylight leads to enhanced well-being.
  • 15-year warranty (blind unit covered by three-year warranty).
  • Fully bespoke sizes to suit any application.
