Description
Rainscreen cladding system using folded metal planks secretly fixed on the plank returns with aluminium clips allowing for a larger plank face and joint detail.
Features and benefits:
- For a striking and bespoke linear design.
- A bottom-to-top system when installed horizontally, meaning the install starts at the bottom of the elevation and each plank locks in to the clip below.
- The horizontal and vertical Hilti-Eurofox subframe will accommodate the planks being installed in any orientation whilst applying the same clip fixing method.
- CWCT tested horizontal and vertical fix.
- A1 or A2 panel fire ratings.
- Available in wide choice of materials, colours and finishes including polyester powder-coated, anodized, Corten and Rimex.
- Supports plank sizes with face heights of 150–450 mm, up to 6400 mm long and thickness of 1, 1.2, 1.5 or 2 mm.
- Horizontal joint: 10–20 mm.
- Vertical joint: Open, closed return or butt strap.
- Fixings: Self drill mechanical fix.
- Install method: Bottom to top.
- Fixing centres: 750 mm maximum.
A typical system comprises:
- Aluminium support brackets, attached to outer wall substrate.
- Rear ventilated cavity - provides additional weather performance benefits.
- Aluminium carrier system.
- Aluminium or polyamide clip.
- High performance rainscreen cladding panels (planks).
