Description

iKoustic® Ceiling Systems provide high-performance acoustic solutions for reducing airborne and impact sound transmission through ceiling constructions in residential, commercial, and specialist applications. Each system is engineered for maximum sound isolation, simple installation, and long-term reliability.

Features and benefits:

  • Available in 'essential' and 'premium' variations to suit differing requirements.
  • Significantly reduces airborne and impact sound between rooms and floor levels.
  • Designed for use with existing timber joist, concrete slab, and metal frame ceiling constructions.
  • Suitable for both suspended and direct-fix ceiling applications.
  • Incorporates dense acoustic materials and isolation components to effectively decouple and block sound paths.
  • Offers a range of solutions including:
    • MuteClip® Ceiling Systems: Utilises iKoustic’s unique MuteClip® and Channel to create a fully decoupled ceiling system with excellent acoustic performance.
    • MuteBoard™ Systems: High-mass acoustic boards ideal for direct-to-joist or direct-to-surface installations.
  • Rockwool has a fire rating of Euroclass A1 and is recyclable.
  • SY70 has a fire rating of B-s2, d0.
  • Particularly suitable for new builds, refurbishments, sound testing compliance (Approved Document E), and sensitive heritage or listed buildings.
  • Slimline build-up options available to minimise ceiling height loss.
  • Products manufactured using recycled materials where possible, supporting sustainable construction practices.
