Automatic Balancing Valve (ABV) assembly for fan coil unit installations, providing constant flow and dead leg protection in a variable flow system.

FloSet 4-Port comprises:

• The FlowCon flushing bypass on 40 mm centres, five modes of operation including full isolation of the coil, a high Kvs bypass for full velocity system flush;
• FlowCon flow venturi metering station ±5% accuracy, with integrated test point and fitted with combined PT plug-and-drain in the flow branch and optional strainer (static pressure 20 Bar maximum);
• Johnson Controls four-port valve with 24 V electric modulating or raise lower actuator control;
• FlowCon E-Just or composite automatic balancing valve with an externally or internally adjustable, removable insert, with an integrated test point and combined PT plug-and-drain valve in the return branch;
• Conex compression FCU connections for direct mounting onto the fan coil unit over the extended drip tray;
• female threaded system-side connections.
• Optional: Blank cap for flushing.

1. Bypass.
2. Total isolation.
3. Full flow.
4. Back flush.
5. Forward flush.
