Application
  • Isolayte OS acoustic matting is a resilient layer suitable for use under most floor finishes. It has been developed for use in both commercial and residential buildings, such as apartments, hotels, hospitals, schools and universities.

Isolayte OS:

Fine granulate of recycled rubber with cork and PU elastomer bonding agent.


The product combines minimum build height with permanent resilience. Isolayte OS is manufactured from rubber and cork which is mixed with polymer binder to form a purpose made resilient matting. Isolayte OS has exceptionally good insulating qualities.

Isolayte US:

Isolayte US is a black, soft resilient layer of rubber fibres bound using polyurethane. It retains a high resistance to compressive loads despite a high degree of elasticity.

  • Suitable for under screed applications in residential, office and commercial buildings.
  • High compression strength with long-term stability. The product retains it characteristics under high load
  • Excellent impact and airborne noise reduction.
  • Easy and cost-effective installation.
  • High elasticity and protects expansion joints.
  • Mildew and Moisture resistant.
  • Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
  • Suitable for underfloor heating.
  • Constant material thickness and minimal creep even under heavy load.
