Description

The channels are made of polymer concrete, obtained by mixing quartz aggregates and polymer resins with the addition of catalysts. The finished channel is light, smooth, with precise dimensions, complete with housing for the grid and prepared for anchoring through the same patented locking and blocking systems. Recommended location uses include road construction industry, chemical and food industries.


The Base 100 - 150 - 200 series, with inlay gratings equipped with a patented locking system, is a simplified, low-range water channelling series that meets industry quality standards. Laboratory tests are carried out on a regular basis to verify compliance of the products with the BS EN 1433:2002 standard.


The GJS500-7 ductile iron gratings, resting on galvanized steel edge rails, are secured with a special mechanical fastening system creating a unified structure, which helps to uniformly distribute the stress created by the passage of vehicles while guaranteeing stability and silence. The classification and control procedures comply with BS EN 1433:2002.
