The EasyGate SPT/SPD Speed Gates utilise patented Magnetic Direct Drive technology which has been tested and proven to guarantee a mean cycles before failure (MCBF) value of 30 million cycles. It’s brushless design; without gearbox, clutch or oil, results in a highly efficient and very low maintenance motor drive. Added to this the MDD’s resistance to dust and humidity provides a highly reliable and durable solution. The adjustable Speed and torque of the MDD motor ensures the SPT and SPD Speed Gates can quickly respond to all situations, such as tailgating attempts and enable the smooth flow of up to 40 people per minute through the lanes. 

Outdoor and Bicycle Parking Variations: 

Due to the robust design of the Speed Gate cabinet it is also possible to utilise the EasyGate SPT for outdoor applications, without the need for a shelter or canopy. The SPT Speed Gate comes with IP53 rating and is designed to withstand the harshest of weather conditions - resistant to rain, snow, humidity and temperature change.
