This patterned tactile stud is manufactured from various materials including bronze and is finished with pyramid-shaped protrusions on the surface. At 25 mm in diameter and 5 mm in height, this stud is in line with DETR guidelines, meaning they are suitable for use in guiding the visually impaired in public and private settings.

The tactile stud features bevelled edges leading up to a unique patterned surface that optimizes grip. The shape of the stud provides ample tactile feedback while remaining unobtrusive to pedestrians.
