Description
The MiniLine EI²30/ F30 Plus/ EI²60 aluminium retractable loft ladder is specially designed for small ceiling openings. It is supplied as a ready to fit unit, consisting of a space-saving aluminium concertina ladder contained within, and attached to, a laminated wooden hatch box.
The insulated trapdoor provides good energy efficiency (0.92 W/m²K) and both sides are finished in white for improved aesthetics. It comes assembled with a telescopic handrail for comfort and safety.
The MiniLine fire resistant loft ladder is certified by IBS Linz (tested to EN 1363, EN 1634 and ÖNORM 3860) for either 30 minutes from below (EI²30) or 60 minutes from below (EI²60), for installation in either wood-beamed ceilings or concrete ceilings. For concrete ceilings only, the MiniLine is also certified by MPA Braunschweig (tested to DIN 4102-2) to 30 minutes from below and above (F30 Plus)
