The handrail anti-skate stud is a skating deterrent that sits flush atop 50 mm handrails. They are constructed from 316L stainless steel and are secured in place using a security fixing. 

Its flush and secure fit with added security pin prevents them from being removed through vandalism. The security pin passes unseen through the handrail itself.

These studs are installed by:

1. Drilling two parallel holes slightly larger than 6 mm in diameter; one on the top of that railing and one on the underside.
2. Clearing the holes of debris.
3. Putting a fixing pin through the stud and bar.
4. Tightening the locking mechanism at the bottom.
