Application
The fire dampers are suitable for installation in arbitrary
position in vertical and horizontal passages of fire separating constructions. The fire damper can be installed into:
- Solid wall construction made e.g. of normal concrete/ masonry or porous concrete with a minimum thickness of 100 mm.
- Gypsum wall construction with fire classification EI 120 or EI 90, with a minimum thickness of 100 mm.
- Solid ceiling construction made e.g. of normal concrete or porous concrete with fire classification EI 90 or EI 120, with minimum thickness according to BS EN 1366-2.

Description
A Fire Damper is used to prevent fire and reduce smoke spreading from one compartment to another through the air ductwork system which may penetrate fire separating walls and floors.
Features and benefits:
- Dampers from ø 100 to ø 800 mm.
- CE certified to BS EN 15650.
- Tested in accordance with BS EN 1366-2.
- Classified to BS EN 13501-3+A1.
- Fire resistance up to EI 120 S - 500 Pa.
- Corrosion resistant to BS EN 15650.
- Damper actuating: mechanical or electrical.
- Can be used in explosion-hazard environments.
