CXLW-4,8 clamping fastener is made from A4 or A2 austenitic stainless steel and supplied with aluminum AV shaped washers. The head form types are available in the industry standard 8 mm hex head and 10 mm pan head.

A11 washers (partnered with pan-head variants):

The sealing element comprises of a light grey EPDM which is 3 mm thick and designed to achieve an airtight and watertight connection. The EPDM sealing element is permanently bonded (vulcanized) to a 1 mm aluminum conical shaped backing washer.

• The CXLW-4,8 fastener is ETA approved (ETA number 10/0198) and is CE marked.
• Technical performance in terms of tensile and shear are all documented in the ETA's to enable the engineer to determine safe working loads in accordance with EuroNorms.
