Application
- Poured liquid polyurethane comfort floors, sometimes known as liquid vinyl or liquid linoleum, are increasingly being used in commercial venues – healthcare environments, sporting facilities, wellness centres, office developments and mixed-use, multi-occupancy spaces.
- The material is applied using a a notched steel trowel with tooth size no. 25 onto a primed concrete substrate or cementitious levelling screed before being spike rolled to release any entrapped air.
- Once the resin body coat has cured and hardened, an aliphatic pigmented or clear polyurethane seal coat is applied.
