Description
Protect Zytec® is a high performance type-LR roof underlay for use in warm and cold roof constructions. Its low vapour resistance helps to avoid the risk of harmful condensation whilst at the same time remaining completely airtight. Protect Zytec is both CE marked and BM TRADA certified. Where the highest performance of Protect VP400 Plus LR is not required but a heavier underlay than Protect VP300 is needed, Protect Zytec® meets the requirement.

- Completely water and airtight with >2.0 mm water resistance.

- Easy to cut and handle.
- Achieves Zones 1-4 at 345 mm batten gauge (1519 Pa), when tested to Annex A of BS 5534, ensuring wide coverage across the UK and throughout Ireland
- Achieves unrestricted use for wind uplift Zones 1-5 at 310 mm batten gauge (2188 Pa) or when installed on sarking board.
