Curved ceilings can be constructed from curved aluminium and steel panels, which allow for convex, concave or undulating designs. The ceilings are fitted on the same suspension system, which allow for an easy transition from straight to curved panels.
There are three varieties of the curved metal ceiling,
- Wide panel 300C: 300 mm wide by up to 6000 mm in length
- 84R: 84 mm wide round edged panels by up to 6000 mm in length.
- Curved carrier system: Created from straight panels but the suspension allows them to appear curved.
Each variety can be made of of a number of colours, sizes and finishes.
Features and benefits:
- Long and narrow or wide panel ceilings, length made to measure up to 6000 mm, allowing swift installation and reducing the need for joints to a minimum.
- Standard product and production process, deliver a cost effective curved metal ceiling solution.
- Durable and low maintenance.
300C:
- Curved panels, allowing concave or convex or undulating ceilings with a minimum radius of 1000 mm.
- Length made to measure up to 6000 mm, allowing swift installation (especially in larger areas) while reducing the need for joints to a minimum.
- The same easy panel-on-carrier suspension system as for standard 300C ceilings, allowing transition to straight ceilings using the same panel.
- Smooth, closed ceiling surface, using a concealed carrier suspension system, allowing the chosen panel curve to determine the appearance of the ceiling
84R:
- Cost-effective curved metal ceiling solution.
- Curved panels, allowing concave or convex or undulating ceilings with a fixed radius of 325 mm or a variable minimum radius of 1000 mm.
- The same easy panel-on-carrier suspension system as for standard 84R ceilings, allowing easy transition to straight ceilings using the same panel.
- Linear, open ceiling surface, using a concealed carrier suspension system, allowing the chosen panel curve to determine the appearance of the ceiling.
Curved carrier:
- Curved carriers, allowing concave or convex or undulating ceilings, providing visual effects and the practical accommodation of varying heights.
- The same easy panel-on-carrier suspension system as for standard ceilings, allowing easy transition to straight ceilings using the same panel.
