Langley Semi-Intensive Wildflower Living Roof systems are designed to be used in conjunction with the Langley RBM, Hotmelt and Liquid-applied waterproof systems and provides all the benefits of a species rich, low nutrient, semi-intensive living roof.
Langley Wildflower systems offer a mid-weight, low nutrient, species rich living roof systems that will, once established, encourage species diversity, biodiversity and provide visual interest throughout the year.

- All systems are fully GRO compliant and tested to BS 8616:2019.
- Designed for both new build and refurbishment, on roofs of ≤10° pitch.
- Langley Wildflower Mat comprises of 22 species of UK native wildflower and grasses installed on a minimum of 100 mm of semi-intensive substrate.
- Mat: Plant coverage upon installation: 90-95%
- Langley Wildflower Seed & Plug system comprises of a wide selection of native wildflower plugs & a supplementary seed mix containing 34 wildflower & grass species native to the UK, installed on a minimum of 120 mm of semi-intensive substrate.
- Seed & Plug Planted Option: Plant coverage upon installation: 5% & approx. 90% after 9-12 months
- Our 40 mm cuspated drainage / reservoir layer is constructed from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and includes a laminated upper filtration & bottom *protection fleece (*required on warm & cold roofs only) to simplify installations and ensure consistency across the living roof.
