The humiSonic ventilation is an in-duct adiabatic humidifier whose working principle is based on the oscillation of piezoelectric transducers at ultrasonic frequency. This unit is designed to operate with RO water with a specific conductivity level below 80 μS/cm. Among adiabatic humidifiers, the ultrasonic technology offers the smallest possible drop diameter (<10 μm), meaning a very short free path for complete absorption of the water atomisation in the air. The humiSonic ventilation comes into two parts: the mist generator for in-duct installation and the outer electrical panel complete with user interface. The installation of multiple units in the same air duct aimed at increasing the humidification capacity is possible thanks to a main/ secondary connection. An optional stainless steel support structure made up of multiple tiers can host the humiSonic units in the air duct.
