2.9 N aerated concrete block designed to help reduce the build time onsite, allows the builder to minimize the amount of secondary insulation required to meet the thermal requirements within the Building Regulations (E&W) Approved Document L. The inner leaf of AIRTEC XL blocks give the builder the option of using a 75 mm cavity, either partially or fully filled whilst achieving a U-value: 0.30 W/m²K.
