Ruskin Square - Commercial

Building One at Ruskin Square is the first of five that are planned as part of a £500 million development adjacent to East Croydon station. The building was designed by Shedkm architects and constructed by Lendlease and comprises a 9 storey 184,000 sq ft office building which has been fully let to HMRC.
