The project Veranda Sun consists in the installation of sun protection at the restaurant terrasse of the hotel “The lodge at the golden gate “ nestled at the northern end of the golden gate bridge in historic Fort Baker .The project is an example of collaborative development which results in unmatched timeless property speeded in history , nature and design . The installation of Bandalux O-Box system with stainless steel rod fasting system and Polyscreen 350 fabric created an airy indoor/ outdoor ambiance while beautiful natural design elements permeate the space. The integration of Bandalux systems provided a sun protection that aligns with the project’s commitment to sustainability as it has already been certified LEED Gold . 

The Project is a remodel of Meliá Milano hotel, one of the most popular hotels in Milano city . Spanish architect Alvaro Sans and Vittorio Grassi architects teamed up to restyle it , proposing a more functional and innovative design . Our Veranda Zip with Polyscreen ® 351 fabric are placed in the breakfast area as a finishing touch on the high skylights , increasing the flexibility of this space . It achieve this goal as well as providing solar protection , intimacy , or visual contact outside . Our Wood Venetian blinds were installed to cover solar control needs on the corridors and some private rooms . They create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere as well as offer the right balance between light and privacy

The project for the offices is positioned at one corner of the existing production building. For acoustic reasons, the volume is detached and surrounded by gardens and planted facades.For the façade and to mark the identity of the brand, 3dny Studio got inspired by the relation with the fashion industry of the company using leather jackets fringes as reference.Behind this curtain facade, the volume is fully glassed. Our B-Box roller shades are used to protect the large openings over the triple height of the hall. In association with a Polyscreen ® 351 in White color, it maintains comfort and views and become part of the graphic façade.

The building, located in the center of the city of Monein , welcomes, every Monday, the market . Our motorized roller shades B -Box are positioned to complement the building by allowing an outdoor protected space for the market or other public events . The simple lines and the motorized system allows a respectful integration in this building classified as a historical monument . The Polyscreen ® 550 fabric offers protection against the wind and the rain while maintaining visibility .

The goal of the design is to reconnect the spaces with the natural environment of the building facing the sea. The aesthetic aims to provide both comfort and tranquility to the patients . Our B -Box roller shades and Blackout fabric complement the facades . They allow great privacy and perfect sunlight management thanks to lateral guides . Moreover, Blackout fabrics are easy to clean, and prevent bacteria . They help to create healthy and secure spaces .

It’s a pioneering project in hospital architecture where human scale and comfort prevail . Light management, efficiency and therapeutic silence are the basic elements to achieve this purpose . To match this innovative and practical project, B - Box with a crank handle and blackout Imagine BO fabric were installed, guaranteeing optimal opacity and comfort . Premium Plus roller shades with a chain were installed in communal areas . Made with Polyscreen ® 550 , this technical fabric ensures maximum thermal and light efficiency . Both fabrics fulfill the specific needs and standards of a hospital: they are fireproof and antibacterial . 2015 The International Architecture Award - Chicago Athenaeum.

The DoubleTree by Hilton (Liboa ) is based in a former iron factory from the 20th century, and for that reason, the project is like an “urban retreat”, according to its interior designer . The building is connected with its environment through its large windows, where our Z-BOX roller shades, configured with a blackout fabric offer maximum privacy to the guests .
