The project Veranda Sun consists in the installation of sun protection at the restaurant terrasse of the hotel “The lodge at the golden gate “ nestled at the northern end of the golden gate bridge in historic Fort Baker .The project is an example of collaborative development which results in unmatched timeless property speeded in history , nature and design . The installation of Bandalux O-Box system with stainless steel rod fasting system and Polyscreen 350 fabric created an airy indoor/ outdoor ambiance while beautiful natural design elements permeate the space. The integration of Bandalux systems provided a sun protection that aligns with the project’s commitment to sustainability as it has already been certified LEED Gold . 

The project is located in a strategic and symbolic place in Marseille. It is close to representative buildings such as the Unité d'Habitation, designed by Le Corbusier.It has 676 housing units, 90 units for elderly people and the Renault concession with its garage and offices.Our Premium Plus roller shades are crank-operated and have double brackets to reduce the space between each system.Polyscreen® 365 fabric fits perfectly with the system, providing thermal efficiency and visual comfort as well as aesthetic value. Smart 22 @ project is a building that arises from the industrial legacy of Poblenou in Barcelona, Spain. It was designed by GCA Architects inspired by the values of modernity, sustainability, and technology and that becomes the First Smart Building in Spain, with Leed Platinum V4 and Well Gold certification. It also has AAA and Wiredscore certifications.The project stands out for its sustainable characteristics and high energy efficiency. Any construction material and elements take part in this purpose. In this context, our Premium Plus roller shades with Polyscreen® 501 contribute to optimal solar management as well as to reduce energy consumption and energy savings in heating and air conditioning. First Smart Building in Spain - 2023

Located in a district mainly composed of private residencies inspired by English architectural writing, cooworking Utopicus follows the design style. The aim of the project was to create a flexible and innovative coworking space in which recreate different atmospheres: pleasant and comfy spaces to bring well-being in the workplace. Following this purpose, our Premium Plus roller shades and Wooden Venetians complement perfectly the interior design as well as providing thermal and visual comfort. They also helped to achieve the BREEAM GOLD Certification of the building. 

To link the old structure and the new one was the main challenge to this project . As a result , the extension is a minimal and curvy volumen which adapts itself to the existing building . Our vertical blinds have been chosen because of their high versatility , adapting themselves perfectly to the curvy openings of the new façade . Able to provide the right atmosphere at any time, vertical blinds stand out for their precise solar management according to the user’s needs : visibility or privacy
