The Clement Windows Group has manufactured and installed steel windows from its
W20 range for the Comet Works in Birmingham’s Princip Street.
The original warehouse buildings in the city’s former Gun Quarter have been converted by building re-animator Javelin Block into 20 impressive residential units, including lofts, apartments and mews houses. The Clement W20 range was specified for its ability to provide an almost exact match to the existing metal windows while offering modern advantages such as double glazing and a very long-lasting polyester powder paint coating requiring minimal maintenance.

The town of Whitchurch in Hampshire is a special place: most of the town is a Conservation Area, the amount of wildlife in and near the River Test means its course and banks are designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest, and the town is the Gateway to the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the third largest of Britain's 46 AONBs. The current Town Hall was built by a local landowner, Lord Middleton, in or around 1791, using some of the timbers from the Old Town House that had stood in the centre of The Square, and was demolished in the 1780s. During the 1800s the building had many tenants including the Mechanics Institute and a furniture warehouse.Records show that in the 1900s the building was also put to a variety of uses. The local Magistrate held sessions, two rooms were used to shelter Military Units passing through Whitchurch, and in 1919 the building was used by the National Federation of Discharged Soldiers and Sailors. Parish Councils were set up in 1896, but met at the Poor Law Institute (the Gables). More recently, the National Fire Service was accommodated in the lower middle section of the building. In 1946, Midland Bank, (now HSBC) was in the lower right hand corner. The Town Band practiced here, and the British Legion used the upper floor. Recently, an extensive program of refurbishment works has taken place to improve the Grade II* Listed Building. This included new steel doors and windows by Clement for the front elevation. The Clement W20 range was chosen for both, with krypton gas filled units. Ash pull handles perfectly complement the steel doors and Boleyn handles were chosen for the steel windows. Sarah Weir, Clerk at Whitchurch Town Council said ““The Town Council are really pleased with the new windows and door which are modern, practical and in keeping with the historic building”.

Ladywell Convent is the Motherhouse of the Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood (FMDM) congregation, an international religious congregation of Catholic women who proclaim the joy and freedom of the Gospel in the spirit of Francis and Claire of Assisi.Situated in the beautiful Surrey hills, the Convent offers hospitality for returning Missionaries and visitors and is also the site of La Verna, a home for elderly sisters and those who support them.Previously named Tuesley Court and bought by the FMDM in 1956, Ladywell is Arts and Crafts in style, Grade II listed and an oasis of calm and tranquility just outside Godalming.An extensive refurbishment was recently carried out to the residential and conference buildings on the site ensuring their suitability for an aging group of sisters. Two new support buildings were also constructed.Side hung casements from the Clement SMW range with genuine 12mm flat leads were installed in the new Greccio building, polyester powder painted RAL 9005 (Jet Black) semi gloss with the handles, hinges and peg stays powder coated to match the frames. Windows from the Clement EB20 steel window range with 12mm oval leads were installed in the Staff Building, also painted RAL 9005.Michael O’Brien from O&D Constuction said:“Steel windows manufactured by Clement were the right choice because of their close match to the existing heritage windows at Ladywell Convent. New steel windows for a much loved theatre

The Progressive Players were founded in 1920. In 1939, founding members Ruth, Sylvia and Hope Dodds generously provided the money to purchase a vacant site facing Saltwell Park, together with adjoining No.3 Saltwell View, and build the Players’ own theatre.The Little Theatre is believed to be the only playhouse built in Britain during World War II and to this day it remains Gatehead’s only theatre. It opened with a performance of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ in October 1943 and since then the site has remained home to the Progressive Players who now produce ten plays a year.Closed during the pandemic, funding was completed on an extension, creating a new rehearsal room above the auditorium known as ‘The Studio’. This facility has exactly the same dimensions as the main auditorium stage meaning the transfer from rehearsals to final production is much smoother than was previously possible.The new space is acoustically isolated from the auditorium and stage allowing rehearsals to proceed even during a performance and was designed to be in keeping with the look and feel of the original theatre. Fitted with modern lighting and sound systems, the rehearsal room has the latest connectivity and networking capabilities. New steel windows were required to replace the originals at the theatre. Clement W20 steel frames were chosen, polyester painted in Jet Black (matt). The two modular bay windows at the front of the building are particularly striking and the choice of glass was important. SunGuard SuperNeutral 62/34 was chosen for the outer pane, offering very high natural light transmission while ensuring energy savings through solar protection and thermal insulation, krypton gas was used for the centre of the pane and 4mm of toughened Planibel Grey was used for the inner pane. The newly refurbished Little Theatre will not only be used for the Progressive Players' rehearsals, visiting hires and local community groups, but it is also hoped that it will eventually accommodate a youth theatre group.Photography taken and provided by Robbie Carruthers, Chairman, Little Theatre.
New steel windows for Grade II listed former Police HQ now home to the YMCA

After many years of being out of use, the former police HQ (CID) building on Bridewell Island in Central Bristol has been renovated and is now the new YMCA Bristol hostel.
John Perkins Construction carried out the work along with Ferguson Mann Architects and assistance from the Bristol City Council Conservation Team.
Preserving the beauty of this Grade II Listed Building, which dates back to 1928, was paramount although it was vital that the completed building offered a modern specification for 21st century living.
Clement Windows Group were selected to provide the new steel windows.
New metal windows for Norwich Town Hall

Clement have now completed their third phase of works at Norwich City Hall, an Art Deco building completed in 1938 and designed by architects Charles Holloway James and Stephen Rowland Pierce.
Clement replaced the original steel windows in this listed property with new Clement W20 windows, improving energy efficiency and security whilst retaining the character of this wonderful landmark building.
Morgan Sindall, the main contractors on the project, have awarded Clement a Perfect Delivery Certificate for the works carried out.

No other material could have produced such an exquisite end result as steel for this project in Surrey. Clement were contacted by the owners who wished to replace all of their original steel windows and doors.
Following careful consideration of what was available Clement's EB24 suite of steel windows was chosen.
The stunning double doors benefit from the use of surface mounted cremone bolts instead of a usual lever locking mechanism which means the centre bar of steel is slim and elegant just like those of the outer frames.

In the heart of Bristol’s City Centre lies The Pithay, now known as Programme. This immense building, originally built in the 1960s was tired and required refurbishment. After being acquired by Resolution Property in 2016 a plan was developed by Buckley Gray Yeoman, based on Resolution’s ambitious brief to revitalise the building.
Clement Windows Group was chosen as the preferred company to manufacture and install the 510 new steel windows required. Clement were thrilled to win the job, particularly as the current Chief Executive Peter Clement’s father had installed the original windows back in 1966!
Over two hundred new steel windows manufactured for Grade II listed Town Hall

The early 20th century saw the development of a distinct architectural movement often termed ‘Stripped Classicism’. Running in tandem with the Modernist Movement of the Bauhaus School, the movement strove for bold massings, severe angles and a stylised reduction of classical elements. This style was frequently chosen by governments when designing official buildings.Perhaps the best known example of this type of architecture in the UK is the Grade II Listed Waltham Forest Town Hall, the headquarters of the London Borough of Waltham Forest Town Council. Designed by architect Philip Hepworth, construction of the building began in 1938 but was interrupted by the Second World War and so not completed until 1942. In 2019 the council approved an extensive programme of renovation works to the Town Hall which included the replacement of all the original steel windows. Clement W20 steel windows were chosen as the right product for their quality. The new white windows include both top hung and side hung opening casements with complementary fittings in a dark bronze finish.Senior Project Manager at Waltham Forest Town Hall John Cattermole said:“The team at Clement provided a great service in supplying new windows as part of the Town Hall refurbishment. Very specific aesthetic and energy performance criteria needed to be met when it came to the window replacement. The W20 windows supplied by Clement were able to meet all of these requirements. Despite the project being on site at the height of the pandemic, the windows were delivered to programme which enabled seamless installation. Now the building has been brought back into use really positive feedback has been received from both staff and visitors.”
Slim EB24 steel windows light up this glorious Guildford proerty!

Occupying an elevated position above the city of Guildford stands this wonderful house, which was built in the early 1900s. Individually designed and constructed to a very high specification, the numerous windows and doors (over three floors) allowed plenty of light to flood into the property and to take advantage of the fantastic surrounding views.
Windows from Clement’s EB24 system with rectangular leaded lights were used to replicate the original fenestration. As well as the new windows being in keeping with the character of the property, the multi point locking system chosen by the client brought extra security.
Steel windows chosen for stunning private residence in West Sussex

Clement EB24 steel windows, doors and screens were the ideal choice of fenestration when it came to this jaw-dropping project in Arundel. The combination of T bars, slim, dark frames and satin chrome accessories create just the right look.Achieving such an exceptional appearance did not mean that performance had to be compromised. The 24mm insulated glass units are not only argon filled, but also include a Silverstar E glass coating. Chosen for its thermal insulation layers which lower both the thermal loss of the glass and energy consumption while allowing high light transmission.Our client explained the project and her experience of Clement Windows:“When we finally made our decision to modify and extend our 16th century, Grade II building, we knew that we had a challenge on our hands. We owed it to the history and unique position of the existing premises to choose first class materials and workmanship.Our brief to the architect was that we really needed to maximise natural light as my husband has sight issues. The building faces north, north east so this was going to be really tricky. The windows were going to be big!The search for the best then began and luckily some clients of ours recommended Clement Windows. We visited the showroom, liked what we saw and began the design and surveying process. The quality of the steel, the finish and the fit were head and shoulders above anything else that we had looked at. We wanted an unfussy, minimalist profile inside and out. Simple lines and workmanship one could trust. Clement ticked all the boxes.A few months later the team showed up to fit the glass. We did have certain logistical issues relating to access but these were overcome with good planning. At the end of two weeks, we had a home! The installation of the glass transformed a building site into an incredible, light-filled architectural space that then became the most stunning home we could ever have dreamed of living in.”
Striking metal door screen and matching window for Church renovation

St Paul’s Church in Leeds has been transformed with the addition of a large, bespoke steel door screen and feature steel window. The screen incorporates a pair of double doors, providing light and airiness. Both the new steel window and door set are made from Clement EB24 steel sections which include double glazed, argon filled glass units. Mark Harlow, the Vicar, said “St Paul’s Church embarked on a major refurbishment of their 60 year old building to make a warm and welcoming, adaptable space while keeping to the original architect’s ideas. A key part of the brief was to widen the entrance corridor and allow light into one end. This has all been more than achieved using Clement’s metal frame windows and doors. These have helped create an additional space for people to meet and mix. The narrow profile of the frames has allowed maximum light and visual access between the spaces, while the rhythm of the glazing bars both modernise and blend with the architecture of the main worship space.” Architect Tom Robbins of Pearce Bottomley Architects commented: “We have worked with Clement on a number of projects and have been very pleased with the service we have received and the quality of their products. They supplied the steel framed glazed screen and feature window at St Paul’s Church, Ireland Wood, Leeds and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. Stunning Gothic style building rejuvenated with EB24 steel windows

Virgo Fidelis Convent School was founded in 1848. The beautiful Gothic style, club head windows with feature tear drops are a main feature of the building. The original single glazed windows were made from cast iron, offering very poor thermal performance and minimal security. After 100 years the time had come to replace them. Project managers Synergy Construction & Property Consultants were seeking a window system that could not only replicate the original design but would also meet modern performance criteria. Clement’s EB24 steel window range met these requirements.

Interior architects, Gordon-Duff & Linton insisted upon a high specification throughout, focusing on strong acoustic and design performance. Clement W40 steel windows were the perfect choice, complementing the cosy, well-lit interiors that are a feature of the building, as well as offering superb quality and an impeccable match to the original fenestration.
Clement Conservation Rooflights add the finishing touch to this 18th century building conversion

As an Architectural Designer, Pauline Sutton always specifies Clement Conservation Rooflights for projects where rooflights are required.This country office in West Sussex is one of her latest developments. The brief was to convert a residential outbuilding to provide both a home-office and an art studio, all with minimal impact on the historic integrity of the C18th building.After carefully repairing the oak timbers in the roof; new felt, battens, insulation and re-used handmade clay tiles were added. Two Clement 0 rooflights were then fitted and dressed with bespoke lead work. The spaces were completed with two new oak doors, the stripping back of some old brick-work, lime-mortar repairs and new electrics.As the rooflights were slightly out of reach, brass pole winders were fitted and a winding crank is used to open and close the rooflights.Pauline said: “Here at Pauline Sutton Design we are happy to regularly specify Clement Conservation Rooflights within our Material Schedules and Planning Applications. Listed Building Consent applications here in The South Downs National Park especially require the top quality and carefully considered design by Clement.”
Clement steel door screens chosen for famous market street in Soho Conservation Area

Berwick Street is a lively and diverse community in the heart of London's Soho district, built between 1687 and 1703. It runs between Oxford Street to the north and Peter Street to the south and is well known for its thriving market which was established in the 18th century, making it one of the oldest markets in London. 90-104 Berwick Street has recently been transformed from an unattractive 1950s block into a stylish, contemporary, mixed use development. Although unlisted, the building is situated in the Core Central Activities Zone and the Soho Conservation Area, so it was vital that any changes made were in keeping with the surroundings. Clement Windows Group was requested to supply and install the custom- made steel windows and door screens used for the shop fronts on the ground level. A combination of products was specified from both hot rolled and cold formed steel profiles all with polyester powder paint surface coatings. These included Clement W40 steel windows which sit beside and above the doors, the Jansen Economy 50 range of single and double doors and Jansen Economy 60 range of bi fold doors.The Project Manager, Ben Styles said “The Clement W40 steel windows and the Jansen Economy doors provided us with the slender, elegant frames we wanted for this Central London development, giving the shop fronts a contemporary look while remaining true to the urban origins of the site. Clement Windows Group supplied conservation rooflights for 1-5 St Paul’s Square in Birmingham. The historic Georgian building houses multiple office units and landmark venue - The Jam House. Opened in 1999 by Jools Holland and designer Neil Tibbat, the multi award winning venue offers live music and fine dining.Clement supplied 11 rooflights for the project, including the Clement 3, 4 and side hung ranges, all in a slate profile.Richard Clews MRICS from Jubb Clews Ltd, the architects working on the project, said:“1-5 St Paul’s Square is a Grade II Listed Building in Central Birmingham that was constructed in c1780 as town houses around a classic Georgian Square. The project included repairing the traditional slate roofs and lead-lined parapet gutters. Key design considerations included improving thermal performance and increasing the capacity of rainwater disposal to accommodate modern storm surges whilst remaining sympathetic to the traditional architectural details. The works were funded from the planned maintenance budget.Clement Conservation Rooflights were perfectly suited to this application. Several of the top hung windows were used for the upper floors whilst the side hung windows were used for the roof maintenance access.”

In a small town just outside Stirling in Scotland is this beautiful, traditional property built from Scottish sandstone. The new owners have extended and completely refurbished the house, originally built in 1870. Although modernised and featuring some contemporary features the original charm has been kept.In order to maximize natural light, a total of 10 Clement Conservation Rooflights were installed. Kew Studios and Works is no ordinary workspace! Formerly a manor home, the building has been completely refurbished, but sympathetically to incorporate the original period charm in the new modern design.Sustainability has been key throughout: solar panels, a living green roof and electric vehicle charging have all been included and there is even a space for safely leaving bicycles. Already achieving a B Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), it is hoped the development will also gain a BREEAM Very Good certification.Clement was thrilled to manufacture and install the new steel windows and doors required for the project. We offered a number of products which suited the renovation perfectly. For the outside of the building, Clement’s W40 steel door and window profiles were chosen. Instead of being painted, these have been left with a Clement Naked Steel galvanised finish, which looks stylish and contemporary.Inside we used Jansen Janisol 2 and C4 profiles to create a series of internal doors and screens. We were delighted that she chose Clement to manufacture and install the new steel doors she required for her beautiful new home in Brighton.Mary now lives in a wonderful Regency Town House. The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor which is where the two new doors have been installed. Our client is the owner of this superb 1930s house which is located in a suburb of Manchester. The property is currently being renovated throughout and as the old windows were no longer fit for purpose, the decision was taken to replace them with a product which looked just like the original windows, but offered a much improved specification.The Clement EB20 range of steel windows was chosen, with G+ bars and beautiful fenestra joints. The new windows are dual coloured - a dark bronze was chosen for the outside frames while white was selected for the inside to match the interior.
Contemporary outdoor living space looks incredible with new steel windows and doors

Our client, One 17 Design, acted as Architects, Interior Designers and Project Managers for this superb project with involvement from inception through to completion. Their brief was to create a home office / garden room in the grounds of an existing detached home, which was done by extending the detached garage.The material palette for the garden room predominately featured oak and steel. Blackened oak cabinetry and steel fenestration provide a striking contrast against the natural oak frame and cladding. Clever detailing in the relationship between the oak frame and steel doors adds a contemporary twist. The bricks for the outside of the building were selected to match the brickwork of the existing bungalow. Bespoke Clement steel windows and doors from the W20 range were chosen for the project, including an interior door, fitted with reeded glass that leads to the bathroom. All handles were powder coated black to match the steel frames.The project won “Best amazing space” at the 2022 Northern Design Awards.Freddie Garside, Partner and Director at One 17 Design, said:“We and our client were delighted with the finished doors and screens. New cottage pane steel windows and doors for Arts and Crafts London home

This delightful Arts and Crafts home has recently been fitted with new steel windows from the Clement Brooking range and Clement W20 steel doors.As the property is located in the Hampstead Garden Suburb, a Conservation Area, it was imperative that the new bespoke windows and doors closely matched the look of the originals. The fenestration includes a mix of genuine T bars and beautiful Fenestra joints for both the windows and doors but also some charming leaded light windows.Clement has a wealth of experience working within the Suburb and for this project we knew the slim frames of our Brooking range, combined with our W20 doors, would work perfectly for the mix of styles found at this property.The leaded light windows had unique handle plates. We took templates of the existing ones to ensure that the new ones we crafted were very close to the originals.The client said: “"It was very easy working with Clement once we'd made the decision to renew our metal windows. They took great care over the smaller details such as the handle finishes, window hinges and the special decorative detail behind the top floor window pulls. Typical of most of the houses in the Hampstead Garden Suburb, the style of this beautiful home is influenced by the Arts & Crafts movement.The original steel windows and doors were draughty and no longer fit for purpose and so they needed replacing. The Clement range of Brooking windows, which feature a specialist ‘putty fronted’ system, was chosen together with doors from the Clement W20 range, to match the originals perfectly. The new, bespoke steel doors and windows were painted ‘Jet Black’ on the outside to replicate the previous fenestration and ‘Traffic White’ on the inside to complement the interior. This family home is in a notable Conservation Area in Surrey. Over a number of phases Clement has worked with the owners to replace the original fenestration in the house and also provide new steel windows and double doors for the rear extension.Rectangular leaded steel windows in slim EB16 sections were the perfect match to replicate the original windows at the front of the house and most of those at the back, including two beautiful bay windows. The same frames were chosen for the conservatory, but clear glazing was fitted here. This not only lets in plenty of natural light, but the addition of the T bar detail on the double entrance doors means it looks perfectly in keeping with the Arts and Crafts design of this home.The owners said: “Replacing the original 100 year old leaded light windows was a huge decision. Our house is locally listed in a Conservation Area so aesthetics were very important. We wanted to retain the look of the house but also the feel and quality of the windows was important.We couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. Clement were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the design, build and installation of the windows, which was very quick in freezing January conditions.The house is quieter, warmer and altogether more comfortable. In fact, a recent energy survey showed that we are losing more heat through the uninsulated cavity walls than through the windows.”

Beautiful new Brooking leaded light steel windows for family home

The owners of this attractive, spacious home have recently refurbished and added a kitchen extension. Being situated within a London Conservation Area, it was vital that any new fenestration matched the existing. Clement was chosen to replace the doors and windows with new products from the Brooking and W20 ranges. All the new steel windows and doors are fitted with rectangular leaded lights - not only do they look fabulous, but they also allow a surprising amount of natural light into the house. The client chose dual colour for a number of the windows and French doors on the rear elevation. The outside frames were painted Pure White and the inside Black Grey - perfectly suiting the design and decoration.

This delightful Arts and Crafts home has recently been fitted with new steel windows from the Clement Brooking range and Clement W20 steel doors.As the property is located in the Hampstead Garden Suburb, a Conservation Area, it was imperative that the new bespoke windows and doors closely matched the look of the originals. The fenestration includes a mix of genuine T bars and beautiful Fenestra joints for both the windows and doors but also some charming leaded light windows.Clement has a wealth of experience working within the Suburb and for this project we knew the slim frames of our Brooking range, combined with our W20 doors, would work perfectly for the mix of styles found at this property.The leaded light windows had unique handle plates. We took templates of the existing ones to ensure that the new ones we crafted were very close to the originals.The client said: “"It was very easy working with Clement once we'd made the decision to renew our metal windows. Bespoke, statement double door screen creates one fantastic entrance!

The new owner of this Pottery Studio in London wanted to make the most of the unusually shaped, original single door by changing the design so it included a double door instead. Thankfully this could be done without drastically changing the shape, as only some of the brickwork at ground level needed adjusting.Slim Clement W40 steel window profiles were used for the new double door screen. They are strong enough to be used for fenestration of this size and allow for the original T bar pattern which makes this such an interesting design. Thermally efficient, krypton filled double glazed units were used throughout. ‘Grey Aluminium’ was chosen for the polyester powder paint finish, which is a different colour to the original frame, but it works perfectly against the brickwork.The large door screen brings an abundance of natural light into the beautiful studio which features a vaulted ceiling.
Genuine steel windows and doors give a new lease of life to historical out-building

Our clients had a traditional out-building in the grounds of their Grade 2 listed house. It was built in 1850, originally being used as a stable/coach house for the main property. Later it was turned into a garage and workshop, with an artist's studio built into the hay loft in 1970.Recently the owners decided it was time for change and realised the building had the potential to be a fantastic living space. An old metal window was in the original stable. This became the inspiration for the new steel windows and doors which would become a key part of the transformation.The renovation has been done sympathetically to keep the character of the building. Old bricks from the original walls have been restored. New lead work creates a feature around the upstairs dormer windows. Further additions to the building were completed in stone from the old garden, along with oak for outside walls. Our clients wanted to make the building environmentally friendly, so they installed a heat pump for underfloor heating and ensured comprehensive insulation of the whole building.The new fenestration chosen offers much improved thermal efficiency, security, and will be easy to maintain for many years to come. The sleek, elegant lines of the steel windows and doors look in keeping with the traditional feel of the property and bring in masses of natural light. The EB20 steel windows offer multi point locking and have been beautifully accessorised with Selbourne handles and matching peg stays.We are so pleased that the homeowners are delighted, they said: “Stunning windows and doors. Historical family home sensitively restored with Clement Conservation Rooflights

When the new owners of this wonderfully restored home purchased it, they had quite a challenge on their hands. The house has a fascinating history and has been significantly altered over its incredibly long life.The original two up, two down core is Medieval and this was extended on both sides by the Georgian inhabitants in the 1820/30s. The extension involved raising the roof height to create space for servants in the attic, as well as wrapping the entire house in more fashionable brick and adding sash windows.In the last forty years or so the house had fallen into disrepair and was in need of urgent restoration. Our client, the new owner, has done a fabulous job of renovating the house. This included the removal of the existing ten rooflights which were installed without listed planning permission and were bulky and not in keeping with the property.We were thrilled Clement Conservation Rooflights were chosen as the ideal replacement.The client commented: “The Conservation Officer was keen for us to rectify the current roof, so permission was granted to replace the rooflights, removing three entirely in the process.We chose to go with Clement due to the combination of unobtrusiveness that made sure the history of the house wasn’t negatively impacted but also the sleekness of the all-black slim profile design which we felt gave a nod to a new modern lease of life.Now they are in place, they look like they’ve always been there and as if the roofline has had the best type of upgrade. Clement was thrilled to manufacture new bespoke steel doors and windows for this magnificent Georgian-style home set in the South Downs in East Sussex. The house has been refurbished internally and externally and the existing loggia has been extended to house a new kitchen wing.Six arched head steel doors and window sets were incorporated into the design of the extension. These were manufactured by us from our W40 range of slim steel sections. They let in masses of light and provide a way through to the newly landscaped grounds, at the same time creating a stunning feature - the result is phenomenal.Clement also crafted a series of EB24 steel windows featuring Fenestra ‘T’ bars for the top floor of the house and the combination of different fenestration types works perfectly.The project won the House & Garden ‘House of the Year’ award in 2023.The Architects said: "We had a complex detail of Stone arches, steel frame, the Clement windows and doors and plasterwork internally, requiring a high level of precision. Clement helped co-ordinate the packages for a seamless integration."
Clement EB24 steel windows and doors chosen for incredible country house

Over a number of phases, Clement have manufactured and installed new steel windows and doors from our EB24 range for this magnificent house in the Berkshire countryside. The original home was built in 1905 and the current owners have beautifully refurbished the whole property including the gardens. They have cleverly added a contemporary twist, but have retained all of their home’s original charm. The new slim framed steel windows and doors have opened up the views from the house to the garden and let masses of light into the home. Two different glass types were chosen: leaded light glass for the new multi point locking steel windows and G+ glass for the steel doors, and the combination works perfectly together. The larger panes of glass in the steel doors allow natural light to flow throughout the ground floor. The client said: “Clement Windows Group are a fantastic company.
