Helo completed a custom designed steam room and sauna for Stafford training college. The health suite is part of the training facilities which include spa therapies. Both rooms feature unique Helo equipment and design systems to provide an environment which is attractive and comfortable.The final health suite finishes have the look of a luxury hotel but have been delivered within a strict budget and timeframe.

After a 20 million pound refurbishment of Altrincham Leisure Centre it has now re-opened in 2025 as "Move Altrincham". Sauna 360 is proud to have designed and installed the wellness facility "The Cove Spa" with Trafford Leisure the client and Kier Construction the main contractor. The wellness experience comprises a Herbal sauna, Salt sauna, Aroma steam, Vitality Spa, Heated relaxation seats and loungers, feature showers and Ice feature. Sauna360 created a spacious feel in the wellness suite with glass to the front and sides of the three three thermal rooms. This highlights the Juniper log wall, salt wall and subtle underbench lighting.  Vitality Spa The spa has an occupancy of eleven people with each station having its own hydro jet and air massage. The filtration has Activated Filter media to remove 50% more organic substances for crystal clear water. The chemical system has fully automated control of the chlorine and pH. The chlorine is produced on site with a compact Hydrolyser system which converts standard salt to chlorine for low running costs. Salt sauna The Salt sauna is a hot 85-90C with low humidity like a traditional Finnish sauna. An ideal environment for the benefits of a Salt wall. As well as beneficial for respiration the wall is backlit for a relaxing glow. Light niches have a small salt block. The heaters are neat underbench units.  Herbal sauna The large central sauna is a slightly lower temperature 75-85C with a medium humidity. The humidity is produced by automated infusion of water and fragrance over the sauna stones. The juniper fragrance enhances the juniper wall.  Aroma steam Completing the thermal rooms is a traditional steam room of 42-46C temp and up to 100% humidity. The Sauna 360 wellness system provides fresh air into the room for bather comfort. The extract is slightly higher to keep the environment and humidity within the room. Beautiful, large format tiles adorn the room and provide for simple hygenic cleaning through minimal joints. The "Sauna 360 wellness system" is used to control the environment and create stimulating aromas to suit the seasons.  Ice fountain For cooling after heat experiences, an ice fountain, with automated level controls, completes the area. The combination of hot and cold exposure provides the ultimate thermal experience and multiple health benefits including improved blood circulation, natural stress relief and reduced inflammation.    Feature shower A feature shower is ideal to warm up prior to pre-thermal treatment and to cool down post treatment. A variety of mists, rains and aromas simulate natural bathing effects.  Heated relaxation loungers and benches Heated ergonomic loungers and benches provide a place of relaxation between the experiences.  

Sauna360 have completed their installation of extensive thermal features at the prestigious 5 star Langley Hotel in Iver, Buckinghamshire. This comprised of two beautiful Hammam, Steam rooms, Saunas, Heated Loungers, feature showers and ice features.

A unique and distinct project delivered by Helo within a tight timescale. The old garage building was completely refurbished to create spa treatment rooms on the first floor and a health suite and ‘Pay-for-Play’ rooms on the ground floor. Outside a ‘secret garden’ was also created. Helo provided an Aroma steam room, Salt inhalation room with Himalayan salt blocks, automated Rasul /mud room with Carrara marble seats, Hammam wet massage room, Dry Float, Log burning outdoor sauna, Outdoor metal tub heated spa, Indoor wooden hot spa tub, warm tub and cool plunge tub.

The development at The Rudding Park Hotel, Harrogate was the biggest spa project in the UK 2016/2017 and the biggest project installed by Sauna360 UK. Sauna360 installed thermal rooms, pools and plant over three levels. Lap pool, hydro pool, roof top spa, Rasul, Pool side sauna, Panoramic sauna, Luxury steam room, three feature showers, foot spas and heated benches, ice fountain and herbal bath.

The Sauna360 health suite was installed within the new Ponteland School and Leisure Centre during 2020. The health suite comprising a Whirlpool spa, Herb sauna, Salt sauna, Salt steam , Feature showers, Relaxation bench and Loungers. Sauna360 created a continuous glass frontage to the thermal rooms. The beautiful Aspen timbers of the Saunas and the large format ceramics of the Steam room draw in the guests. The high ceiling required for access into the Spa enhances the spacious feel of the area.
