Mortice lock, panic D.
For use in commercial buildings, e.g. nursing homes, schools and sports halls.
Mortice lock, panic D, for connecting or corridor doors. In daytime and night-time operation, the external lever handle can be coupled or decoupled via the cylinder by turning a key until it stops. When the panic function is activated from inside, the external lever handle is automatically coupled and access from the outside therefore becomes possible at any time (passage function).
Note: Thumbturn cylinders must not be used, with the exception of E-thumbturn cylinders with cam resetting. When using a standard cylinder, the key must always be removed. Lever handles must be fixed rotating on plates/ roses (easyfix®).
