Hardener: 38°C.

1.6 kg/L (MIO).
1.3 kg/L (MIO-free).

Dry heat up to 150°C, short term up to 200°C.

MIO/ RAL colour shade.

Guidance for specification option:

MIO colour shade:

• 3.65 m²/kg will cover 5.83 m²/L..
• 5.47 m²/kg will cover 8.75 m²/L.

RAL colour shade:

• 4.49 m²/kg will cover 5.83 m²/L.
• 6.73 m²/kg will cover 8.75 m²/L.

3–25 hours (dependent on film thickness and temperature).

Guidance for specification option:

For 120 μm dry film thickness:

• Dry to handle/ to recoat - 25 hours (at 5°C); 11 hours (at 20°C); 3 hours (at 40°C).

For 120 μm dry film thickness and adding 1% w/w Acrolon® PUR Accelerator:

• Dry to handle/ to recoat - 15 hours (at 10°C); 5 hours (at 20°C).
