Description
Top-hung, manually operated double sliding pocket door system complete with timber lining kit. A simple, functional, strong and reliable double sliding pocket door system. A large range is available for both UK/ ROI standard size doors and made-to-measure systems (for doors up to 2000 mm wide and almost 3000 mm high). Available in five variations; 70/90mm solid door and glass door, for wall thicknesses 95–115 mm and 75/100mm solid door, glass door and wiring ready for 100–125 mm wall thicknesses. Wiring ready allows back boxes up to 44 mm deep to be installed on each side of the pocket.
Features and benefits:
- The two pockets and track assemble together and are inserted into the stud work as a complete unit which helps to ensure the doors will run true and in line.
- Doors slides into the pocket in the wall.
- Wide range of sizes to suit standard UK door sizes. Bespoke sizes available up to a height of 2.9 m (see technical data sheet).
- Door panels up to 100 kg (150 kg on request).
- Suitable for use with 35–44 mm thick solid doors and 8/10 mm thick glass doors.
- Solid doors, plasterboard and final architrave not included.
- A fire-rated version is available (specified separately).
- Matching single door system is available (specified separately)
- Quick and easy to assemble and install.
- Complete with full jamb kit for a professional finish.
- Maintenance-free track and runners.
- Fully extractable track, no need to break into the wall should the need to remove it arise.
- Fully adjustable front and rear door stops.
- Self-centring floor guide, clicks into frame.
- Metal anti-warp profile - slots into a channel in underside of doors. Not visible but ensures that if the door(s) warps it continues to slide smoothly.
