Description
Durable, surface-mounted, heavy-duty hinged floor system designed to accommodate an offset in floor elevation.
Features and benefits:
- Joint width: up to 100 mm.
- Horizontal movement: up to +75/-80 mm.
- Vertical movement: up to -30 mm (NB: movement can only occur on one side of the joint and in one direction).
- Lateral movement: Infinite (Restricted by site conditions).
- Load capability: 1000 kg point load.
- Heavy duty, surface mounted aluminium joint covers.
- Cover is fixed to one slab, allowing movement over adjacent slab.
- Hinged plate design allows up to 30 mm slab offset in floor elevation.
- Serrated cover plates for a slip resistant finish.
- Quick, easy to install, and low maintenance.
- Fixing:
- Floor fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres and to achieve minimum 40 mm embedment.
- Wall fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres.
