Application
Suitable for creating bonded, unbonded and floating screeds in internal applications where a rapid return to service or handover is required. Typical uses include commercial and residential projects in areas such as:

Designed to receive tiles, soft floor finishes, wood and vinyl.
Description
Proprietary, fibre-reinforced screed binder based on high alumina cement, used for creating ultra rapid drying and high strength floor screeds.
Features and benefits:
- Rapid drying.
- Suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.
- Can withstand foot traffic after three hours, can be tiled after four hours, and can be covered with soft floor finishes after 48 hours.
