Description

Environmentally friendly solid timber unitized curtain walling system based on the RAICO THERM+ H-I facade system. Due to the very high level of prefabrication, large projects and time-critical construction sites can be assembled efficiently and just in time.

ELEMENT+ H-I also meets strict urban planning requirements regarding ecology and energy efficiency.

Available in a range of system types.

  • Inserted invisibly between mullion and transom.
  • Tested according to ETA-13/0765.
  • Safe dispersal of the glass loads and resulting torsion forces via the timber structure.
  • Seven installation depths for transom depths from 60 to 300 mm.
  • Installation in a few simple steps and minimum processing.
  • Integrated longitudinal stop and transom contact pressure over the entire depth for a perfect T-connection.

  • Two options of gaskets with flaps for transom and base drainage as well as draining within the continuous gasket at the structural connections.
  • Reliable drainage in two or three levels by simply notching.

The standard THERM+ system can easily be upgraded to passive house certified standard with minimal additional components. Passive house projects can therefore be fitted with energy saving glazing in a generous, cost effective way, independent of their supporting projects.
