Application
Flat or low pitched roof applications - designed for roofs between 0–15°.
Suitable for use in projects where environmental impact is a high priority.
Description
Robust and insulated fixed modular glass rooflight.
Features and benefits:
- Allows the combination of multiple fixed glass rooflights.
- Slimmer sightlines between panels by using a glass or aluminium fin, creating a clean, uninterrupted run of glazing.
- Waterproof top plate acts as an effective gutter system, efficiently channeling away excess water.
- Flexibility of design.
- Manufactured to meet the requirements of EN 14351-1.
- Made-to-measure sizes available.
- Double and triple glazing available.
- Glazing design allows for draining and ventilation behind the pane with glazing pads.
- The glass surface is raised above the frame edge to allow water run-off. Glass surface edges have been painted with a ceramic paint to protect against UV degradation.
- Complete unit (glass, frame and kerb) can be supplied to a CWCT TN66/67 specification for impact resistance to reduce the likelihood of death or injury caused by falls.
- To avoid water pooling, upstands can be supplied with a 5° slope.
- Designed for quick and simple installation by any roofing/ main contractor.
- Part L compliant upstand.
- Air permeability tested to EN 12207.
- Watertightness tested to EN 12208.
