Robust and insulated fixed walk-on glass rooflight.
Features and benefits:
- Maximizes outdoor space, and is designed to sit flush on the chosen surface.
- Available with a range of anti-slip finishes.
- Can withstand 2500 N/m² uniform load.
- Manufactured to meet the requirements of EN 14351-1.
- Made-to-measure sizes available.
- Double and triple glazing available.
- The glass surface is raised above the frame edge to allow water run-off. Glass surface edges have been painted with a ceramic paint to protect against UV degradation.
- Complete unit (glass, frame and kerb) can be supplied to a CWCT TN66/67, Class 0 specification for impact resistance to reduce the likelihood of death or injury caused by falls.
- Designed for quick and simple installation by any roofing/ main contractor.
- Part L compliant upstand.
- Weathertightness tested to BS 6375-1.
- Air permeability tested to BS EN 1026.
- Watertightness tested to BS EN 1027. Class R7.
- Wind resistance tested to BS EN 12211. Class E2400 Pa.
- Airtight to CWCT Class A4 air leakage.
- Sound reduction tested to EN ISO 717-1, 34 dB (-2, -6).
