Single leaf stairwell Natural Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilator (NSHEV)(OV)(AOV).
Description
The Single leaf stairwell Natural Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilator is fitted with solid, insulated covers and has electric actuation for remote opening and closing.
The kerb is 305 mm in height with integral capflashing, 50 mm polyisocyanurate insulation with a U-value of 0.47 W/m²K, fully-welded at corners, and 114 mm mounting flange with 11mm holes provided for securing frame to the roof deck.
Features and benefits:
