Fire rating:
The integrity of the fire-resistant steel Gorter roof hatch has been assessed by Efectis according to EN 1634, EN 1530-4 and BS 476-22.
Classification:
- EI 1: 120 minutes
- EI 2: 120 minutes
- E: 120 minutes
Features and benefits:
- Available in standard and special sizes.
- Thermally separated and insulated steel construction.
- Safe to operate with one hand.
- Ten-year warranty on the roof hatch, five years on the surface treatment.
- Cylinder lock, inside operation. With three-point lock from hinge side >1400 mm.
- Burglar-proof and sound-proof.
- Powder-coated in Iron Grey RAL 7011 (external) and Pure Whte RAL 9010 (internal).
Also available in special sizes, with a ladder, with scissor or fixed stairs or glazed (all specified separately).
