Medium density fibreboard (MDF) and foam underlay system.
For decoupling flooring constructions from screeds and subfloors.
A loose lay subfloor system used in conjunction with Forbo polypropylene foam covered by a metallised foil, foam side to the subfloor. The Forbo Foam is provided with a self sticking foil overlap of 20 cm, realizing a suitable moisture barrier. Forbo foam must be used with Quickfit panels over all types of subfloors and substrates.
Overlapping installation of QuickFit panels is rapidly achieved as they are provided with a self-sticking contact adhesive. Pre-printed installation markings on the panels will help installers in working faster. The panels are easy to separate since they are packed in an efficient way. Due to improved production processes, the edges of the boards remain clean. This way of packing and production minimizes the need for abrasive corrections after installation.
