Application
Applicable for buildings in residential and commercial sector. Suitable for roof pitches between 35 and 55 degrees.
Description
A large roof window, in which the sashes create a functional balcony in the loft. The upper sash opens upwards while the bottom sash tilts forwards to a vertical position, allowing free access to the balcony recess.
Features and benefits:
- The upper sash opens up to 45°, and is supported by an innovative auxiliary mechanism which supports the sash in any position within this range.
- The side rails are integrated into the bottom sash and extend during its opening.
- When the lower sash is closed, the balcony rails area hidden inside the window and are not visible above the roof surface.
