Description
OT-Premium Techno-58 is a polyester reinforced, slate covered torch-on cap sheet, saturated and coated with high quality SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen. The membrane carrier is a tough polyester reinforcement, giving the material excellent dimensional stability and very high mechanical strength. The upper layer is coated with coarse-grained slate, protecting the membrane from ultraviolet exposure and the lower layer is finished with a thermofusible film for fast and consistent torch-on application. In addition, the membrane features the latest graphite firewall technology within its formulation and has been fully fire tested in accordance with EN 13501-5 and ENV1187:2002, Broof Test 4 (2-layer system).

Horizontal work | OB25 High Performance Bitumen Primer.Guidance for specification option: Solvent based bitumen primer for preparing dry or slightly damp substrates prior to bonding bituminous membranes and hot melt systems. The solvent blend used ensures the primer is quick drying and ready to apply membranes and hot melt in as little as 30 minutes at 20°C.

The membrane carrier is a tough 160 g/m² polyester reinforcement, giving the material excellent dimensional stability and very high mechanical strength. The membrane is finished on both sides with a thermofusible film for fast and consistent torch-on application.

Type | OTP-AR66 Anti Root Cap Sheet.Guidance for specification option: Torch-applied, bituminous membrane which is saturated and coated with high quality SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen. It has a 250 g/m² polyester fleece reinforcement and incorporates special additives which provides reliable protection from root growth. The 4 year tests for these additives were passed according to the FLL standards at the Botanic Institute Hamburg. Test certificates are available on request. In addition, OT-Premium AR66 Capsheet has been fully fire tested as part of a designated system in accordance with EN 13501-5 and DD CEN/TS 1187:2012, Broof Test 4.
