A range of Pilkington fire resistant products for horizontal applications, roof, floor and loaded floors.
A range of Pilkington fire resistant products for horizontal applications, roof, floor and loaded floors. A bespoke range of tested solutions, classified from EW30 to REI60 for containing fire spread and for maintaining compartmentalization between buildings and floors.
Roof products are designed to prevent fire spread from the inside to the outside of the building, whilst floor products prevent fire spread between compartmentalized floors, allowing architectural design and maximizing the transmission of natural light whilst also (delete) performing the basic loaded functions of a normal floor.
These products are specifically designed and tested in horizontal form and cannot simply be a product that is tested in a vertical application and rotated through 90 degrees. Detailed design work may also be required to ensure product performance.
